Chocolate Rice Pudding II

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups low-fat milk
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar|Sugar
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate|semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
  1. Combine milk, rice, Granulated sugar|Sugar and chocolate chips in 2- to 3-quart saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until pudding is thick and creamy, stirring often.
  3. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Spoon into serving dishes.
  4. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
Makes 6 servings.
