Diabetic-friendly Candy Bar

Ingredients
  • 3 packets or 1 tsp sugar substitute|Sweet 'n Low
  • ? cup powdered milk
  • ? cup peanut butter
  • ? cup oats
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1½ tsp water
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Shape into bar.
  3. Wrap in wax paper.
  4. Refrigerate until firm.
