Guyanese Baked Coconut Custard
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar|sugar
- Heat oven to 250 degrees F. Beat the eggs and stir in granulated sugar|sugar and liquids, then nutmeg.
- Put into a greased pie dish and stand in a shallow pan with water.
- Put pan with dish into the oven.
- Bake till custard is set (about 45 minutes).
